New Finance Director Appointment

Tim brings over 20 years of experience across the agri-food and construction sectors, with a strong track record in supporting businesses across all aspects of finance.

Over the past 15 years, Tim has held senior finance leadership roles, specialising in commercial and operational finance business partnering. His experience spans working closely with operational teams to drive performance, improve financial visibility, and support strategic decision-making.

Throughout his career, Tim has successfully led multiple system implementations and has played a key role in building high-performing finance teams. These teams have consistently been recognised as trusted partners to stakeholders across the business—supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term growth.
